Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions govern all supply of goods and services ("products") by Graze and Glow Ltd ("Graze and Glow Ltd", "we," "us") to you, the purchaser of goods and services, including your use of the website at www.grazeandglow.co.nz ("the website"). They replace all earlier Graze and Glow Ltd terms of trade and any conditions contained in any document used by you and purporting to have contractual effect.

We reserve the right to amend these terms by providing notice via our website. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

Eligibility to Purchase

You must be 18 years or older to make a purchase from our website.
Purchases are for personal use or consumption only. Resale of products purchased from our website is prohibited.
If purchasing on behalf of an organisation or company, you warrant that you are authorised to agree to these terms on their behalf.

Product Availability and Supply

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is unavailable, we will endeavour to notify you on our website.

Delivery and Delivery Charges

Deliveries are available only to street addresses within the Auckland Region. Delivery outside Auckland may be possible upon prior arrangement; please contact us at hello@grazeandglow.co.nz for inquiries.
Delivery charges are additional to product prices and will be displayed at checkout.
We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that orders for tangible goods will be dispatched promptly after an order has been placed.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change without notice but are correct at the time of purchase.
Payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Afterpay, Apple Pay, and PayPal. Payments are processed securely via Stripe, subject to Stripe's terms and conditions.

Refundable Bond (Grazing Tables & Private Events Only)

For Grazing Tables and Private Events, a refundable bond may be required. The bond amount will vary depending on the event and will be specified during the booking process.
This bond is refundable upon the satisfactory return of any equipment or items used for the event.
Graze and Glow Ltd reserves the right to retain part or all of the bond if equipment is not returned in good condition or on the agreed date.

Deposits for Grazing Tables & Private Events

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking for grazing tables or private events.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 5 working days before your event.

Returns and Refunds for Food Products

Due to the perishable nature of food items, returns are only accepted for items that are damaged or spoiled upon delivery.

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery if there is an issue with your order, including supporting photographs if possible.
Refunds or replacements will be provided for verified quality issues.

Liability Limitation

Where you acquire or hold yourself out as acquiring goods or services from us for the purposes of a business, the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 will not apply.
Our liability is limited to the value of the faulty products or services provided, as per the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
